such a great album - I'd love to hear a bare version of "Delgado" without the drum / machine if that's ever at all possible.

Anything's possible....I guess do you mean with no drums or with real drums, or acoustic or what. FWIW, I did a Barlow-esque version of it on a cheap acoustic. It's more mournful. PS...Andy wrote this song, not me, but it's one of my favorites.
